Hey Sam, hope things are going well with the "new" you? It's been a while since you last posted... don't give up on yourself!

I've been strict enough to get my weight back down to 203lbs. (I started at ~211lbs. after Christmas took its toll.) See! If I can do it, you can do it better! :)

Hey Sam. Don't get discouraged, sometimes my scale says I weigh 250 lbs. but then I realize that someone behind me has their foot on the scale. Make sure there's no one around when you weigh yourself and if there is just murder them because they're standing in the way of your progress.

oh man, okay I'm back. I gave up for a while, at least loggin on. Turns out my scale was messed up, and a lot of stress came into my life....breakups and what not. At any rate, I joined a gym and Im going every other day. Going to do some research on the ultimate plan: aerobics weight training etc. MY weight right now is 138, and I'm feeling pretty good, but my goal is to get that smoking hot bod i've always wanted. Im pretty soft still.
areas im targeting: butt, stomach. I would love a washboard stomach.
I've been downloading tonnes of music to put on my ipod. I will post my playlist, so you can download it too.

Hey Sam, give us an update on your status. I want to help you but you also need to work a little bit. How are you doing? What about that prepared meal? Doing any exercise?

Did you get a new computer? What's happening on your end? Stats, we need stats! ;)

Sam, it's funny how ironic this is: You have 7lbs to lose and that's all I've lost so far. Oh well, hope you reach your goal soon... I'm catching up. (Ha ha ha!) ;P

Hi Sam,

Your weight loss looks like it's going really well - I think you're finding it a bit too easy!! 7lb loss since 28th August - amazing

Keep it up!

Hey Sam, maybe your scale is measuring the muscle gain as well? You must understand muscle weighs more than fat... (Unless you are like me and don't have any muscle.) :P

Measure your arms, waist, thighs, hips, chest, etc. and see if you are losing inches as well. Don't fret the scale, it can't stop you from attaining your goal!

Thanks Duarte! its day 2 and the scale still says 160 ish, so I think I will have to accept that as my weight. yeah, and from now on I'll only weigh myself in the morning.

I found an excersize tape in the goodwill store an old 1980's susan powder tape.
I did her workout on a step box and boy was I a sweaty mess. ! it was the only exercise I had time for that day, but I ate really well! Calories: 1353.3 Fat 37, protein 54.5, carbs 207.8, fiber 18.5 and sodium 2347.4.

Hi Sam.
Since you didn't have a scale before i sugest you some tips for acurate measuring your weight. Try weight yourself first thing in the morning wearing the minimum possible clothing. If possible do it by the window, that way I can assemble my telescope and provide you some feedback on your progress. Just kidding! :) Anyway people's weight vary considerably during the day, almost by 1 kg (2.2 ponds). If your scale measures body fat % the same aplies to that (because of water retention). And of course, always use the same scale! "Tanita" has some great ones. All the best achieving your goals! :)

I wouldn't worry about that - sometimes my scales are way out and I have to reset them or stick in a new battery (or it may be you were wearing heavy clothes :-) ).
Now you're on traineo though, you can get even more focused with your weight loss so just drop me an email whenever you want any advice or help. I'll try get you achieving your target weight in half the time!!

okay weird. I weighed myself last night and this morning, and the scales said 162!!! I REALLY REALLY hope that its just this new scale I bought, otherwise, thats really depressing. I've been eating pretty health for the past 3 weeks or so, and excercising a lot more than this enture summer combined, so I'm mystified.

Hey its me (sam). I don't actually have a scale, so my weight could actually be around 140 lbs. Hopefully today I will get one, and get my "start weight" acurate.
