I've been strict enough to get my weight back down to 203lbs. (I started at ~211lbs. after Christmas took its toll.) See! If I can do it, you can do it better! :)
areas im targeting: butt, stomach. I would love a washboard stomach.
I've been downloading tonnes of music to put on my ipod. I will post my playlist, so you can download it too.

Your weight loss looks like it's going really well - I think you're finding it a bit too easy!! 7lb loss since 28th August - amazing
Keep it up!

Measure your arms, waist, thighs, hips, chest, etc. and see if you are losing inches as well. Don't fret the scale, it can't stop you from attaining your goal!
I think i have a haunted scale.
today it said 149 (yesterday was 160)
i did exercise a lot and eat very little though.
whatever, im sure it will be back up near 160 again tommorow. we shall see!
I found an excersize tape in the goodwill store an old 1980's susan powder tape.
I did her workout on a step box and boy was I a sweaty mess. ! it was the only exercise I had time for that day, but I ate really well! Calories: 1353.3 Fat 37, protein 54.5, carbs 207.8, fiber 18.5 and sodium 2347.4.
Since you didn't have a scale before i sugest you some tips for acurate measuring your weight. Try weight yourself first thing in the morning wearing the minimum possible clothing. If possible do it by the window, that way I can assemble my telescope and provide you some feedback on your progress. Just kidding! :) Anyway people's weight vary considerably during the day, almost by 1 kg (2.2 ponds). If your scale measures body fat % the same aplies to that (because of water retention). And of course, always use the same scale! "Tanita" has some great ones. All the best achieving your goals! :)
i saw in the forums that you are wanting to go rollerblading. me too, only i don't know how! i'm going to try to get my courage up and give it a go anyway though.
cool that you're in the toronto area. i'm in bc now but i lived in london for many years and have friends in toronto. and i'm an artist to boot!
sending skinny thoughts your way...
